Order Processing Times
Orders are handled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
We do not process or ship orders on U.S. postal holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Production Time
All items are carefully crafted and shipped directly from Vietnam. Production times vary depending on the product type:
- Standard Items: 7–10 business days
- Custom Products (e.g., personalized keycaps, artisan wrist rests): approximately 3–4 weeks
Shipping Time (U.S. Customers)
Once your item has been crafted and shipped, estimated delivery times to the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
Note: Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs inspections.
International Shipping Times (For Reference)
Although Junkeycap primarily serves U.S. customers, we also ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 12–20 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 10–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 15–20 business days
- Other countries: 15–20 business days
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- You can track your shipment on our Order Tracking page using your Order ID and email address.
If you encounter issues with tracking, feel free to contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for remote locations. If you’re unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Re-send your order at no extra cost, or
- Offer a suitable resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
